Weekend Open Gym

Our Open Gym Sessions are a self-directed training space where you can refine your parkour and freerunning skills at your own pace.

It's a flexible training session without a set curriculum - your time to access every area from parkour setups to our brand new trampoline and resi pit, train independently focusing on what interests you most, and receive expert guidance from our coaches who are on standby offering tips and ensuring safety.

It's also a perfect time to check out our brand new facility and inquire about our classes and all we have to offer you! We cannot wait to see you Sudbury!
