MELT stands for Myofascial Elongation Lengthening Techniques. The MELT Method was initially created by Sue Hitzmann as a self-care tool to reduce pain and improve mobility by focusing on the fascia (the connective tissue). MELT is for every BODY.

Suitable for all levels. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle; we have a filtration station where you can refill it. All necessary props and mats are provided for you.
