Thursday Meditation with Pierre at Body Talk 130 Elm 7pm

Our Fall sessions are now on Thursday's this season. Still at the same place, 7pm @ Body Talk 130 Elm (2nd Floor) There's a door bell at the back if the door is locked, we'll come and get you.

These sessions are based on the Transcendental Meditation Techniques, and also happening weekly to help keep your practice regular. All levels welcome and only asking for a heart donation.
