Mommy & Me Parkour Class

Join us at our brand new HUB Sudbury location for an exciting evening where you and your little one will see movement differently! This special Mommy & Me session is your chance to explore the art of parkour together in a safe, supportive environment.

When: October 23rd, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

What to Expect:
5:00 - 5:45 PM: Guided instruction time where you'll take your first leap together—learning basic parkour movements under the guidance of our expert coaches
5:45 - 6:00 PM: Open gym time to practice your new skills and explore our facility side-by-side
