Go beyond a simple sound bath. Join us for a transformative gathering that weaves together ancient practices to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
This is a holistic journey designed for deep release, connection, and joy. Here’s what awaits you:
1. Heart Opening with Ceremonial Cacao: We'll begin by sharing a warm, sacred cup of ceremonially prepared cacao. Known as a "heart opener," it gently prepares us for a journey of connection and vulnerability.
2. The Joy of Kirtan (Devotional Singing): No experience needed! We'll raise our voices in simple, repetitive call-and-response chants (Kirtan). This is a powerful practice to release emotions, quiet the mind, and feel a profound sense of community and bliss.
3. The Science & Sound Workshop: We'll gently transition into learning. Discover the fascinating science behind how sound vibrations affect your nervous system and brain waves. I'll introduce you to the sacred instruments we use and you will have hands-on experience using the instruments.
4. Deep Immersion: Sound Bath Meditation: Finally, you'll lie down and be bathed in the healing frequencies of the Gong, Singing Bowls, and other instruments. This meditative journey integrates the entire experience, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
5. Soul nourishing nibbles to help us grounded after this wonderful heart opening journey.
