🕕 Time: 6:00 – 7:30 PM (following The Witches & Weirdos’ Season of the Witch Market)

📍 Location: Polish Combatants Hall (291 Albinson St Sudbury)

💰 Cost: Pay-what-you-can — donations will support local bat monitoring and conservation programs.

Discover the fascinating world of bats and their importance to our ecosystems! Learn about the species that live in our region how scientists monitor bat populations and what we can do to protect them. The evening will include a guided night walk (weather permitting) using bat detectors to listen for these amazing nocturnal creatures.

🦇 Please note: at this time of year bats may already be entering hibernation so sightings and detections are not guaranteed.

What to bring:

🔦 Headlamp or flashlight (with red light feature if possible – limited supply available)

🧥 Dress for the weather
