I'm so excited to be bringing Move it or Lose it! to ACTON Village Hall – fun, friendly classes that help you stay strong, mobile, and independent, no matter your fitness level.

Whether you prefer to stay seated, stand with support, or move freely – these classes are for YOU!

This programme was developed with experts at the University of Birmingham and is especially supportive for:

� Those with reduced mobility
� People managing long-term conditions
� Anyone needing to meet new people and find community

I’m a highly qualified yoga teacher with over 10 years’ experience, and I also have a decade-long background in clinical pharmacy. You’ll be in knowledgeable, caring hands every step of the way.
