🌙 What is Yoga Nidra?
Often called “yoga for the inside,” Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that invites deep rest and inner stillness. As you relax comfortably on your mat, you’ll be guided through soothing breathwork, body awareness, and visualization techniques.

This special session also includes sound healing and reiki for an even more profound experience of relaxation and renewal.
