About the event

2025 Roxbury Lacrosse Charity Games
This year we will be playing in honor of one of our own Gina Murphy who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Gina and her family have been an integral part of the Roxbury Athletics community and our own program for several years. Her youngest son Jimmy is currently a sophomore on the Roxbury HS Boys Varsity team. Mt Olive will be playing with the goal of defeating pediatric cancer in honor of one of their former players who beat the disease. Proceeds from the day will be sent to the Murphy Family and to an organization that focuses on finding a cure for pediatric cancer.
