Historic Stuyvesant Day - Community Picnic

Annual Historic Stuyvesant Day -- Celebrating and Educating Stuyvesant about Stuyvesant. This year's theme is "Getting Around Stuyvesant" celebrating the modes of transportation and the vast array of businesses and things to do in Town through the years.

The cover picture is businesses that were along the river at Stuyvesant Landing -- on the water side of the railroad tracks -- before the big fire took them all out.

Come to the celebration and look at pictures and artifacts from over the years.

The community picnic will have hamburgers & hot dogs & cold beverages supplied by the town -- we ask you to please bring a dish to share -- it can be chips, a salad, or a dessert -- surprise us!

We will also have Stuyvesant (new design) hats on sale, as well as vintage tee-shirts, and other souveniers -- there will be great deals!
