Live Well; Be Well - Destress this summer with Self-Care and bring a smile to your step! Learn and practice healthy habits to support your well-being, quiet your mind and focus your heart to our Creator’s goodness including Journaling, Cooking, Art and Movement. Course offered by Gina Soriano and Deb Holland with Michelle Grosek from Bear Butte Gardens.
