Adult Kickboxing

Location: Holy Spirit Church Basement

All levels welcome! Wear comfy clothes & bring a water bottle. No experience required. Kickboxing is a dynamic full-body workout that combines martial arts techniques and boxing to build strength, stamina, and confidence.
