Rain Gardens 101 (Growing Together Program)

Protecting water quality can start in your own yard! In this program, Door County Master Gardener Karen Newbern will discuss what rain gardens are, how they function, and how to establish them in residential areas. Rain gardens can also help filter out pollutants in runoff and provide food and shelter for butterflies, song birds, and other wildlife.
