Celebrate the winter season during Sturgeon Bay’s community-wide Fire & Ice Festival sponsored by Cherry Lanes Arcade Bar, February 13-14.
The weekend begins on Friday, February 13 from 5:30 pm to 7 pm at Crossroads at Big Creek Nature with a luminary-lit hike on one of their trails.
Saturday, stroll around town to witness novice and professional carvers turn blocks of ice into works of art beginning at 9 am! Destination Sturgeon Bay member businesses have sponsored 20 ice blocks this year. Carvers of all ages and skill levels will compete for cash prizes and the People’s Choice Award.
All sorts of other fun winter activities will be happening throughout Downtown Sturgeon Bay on Saturday! Third Avenue PlayWorks will host an Indoor Winter Market from 10 am to 2 pm.
All are welcome to enjoy free Door County Trolley rides from 10 am to 3 pm. Trolley stops will be located at Bay Shore Outfitters, T. Simon Jewelers, Cherry Lanes Arcade Bar, Third Avenue PlayWorks, and Door County Fire Company.

Destination Sturgeon Bay will once again partner with Handbid Online for an online silent auction featuring over 60 amazing, local products from businesses around Door County. The auction opens for bidding on Friday, February 7 at 12:00 pm and will close on Saturday, February 14 at 10:00 pm. All are welcome to participate! More information can be found at SturgeonBay.net.
