November Women’s circles with Julie!
Join in women-centered space with Julie Mateo, where we will cultivate a sense of community & deeper connection to one another!
Many of us go through our lives masking our depth and avoiding vulnerability, when deep down we crave being seen and met fully. More than ever, we need spaces where we can learn to find a sense of belonging with others, and learn what it means to “hold space” and be present with one another.
Within these circles, we will practice cultivating a sense of connection to one another and individually, through meditation, connection games, sharing, and being witnessed. These circles are about showing up authentically as you are, and being a space holder for everyone present. We all get the space to hold, and be held.

Basic outline(open to changing slightly depending on the energy & needs of the group):
Drop in, intention setting, introductions
Grounding meditation
Connection game & reflection
Sharing what is present for each person
Closing circle & last shares
Each event is $15 per person, limited to 8 spots!
Dates:
* Sunday, November 2nd 6:30-8pm
* Sunday November 16th 11:30am-12:45pm
* Sunday November 30th 11:30am-12:45pm
