Hike & Sound Bath in Nature

Join us for a rejuvenating experience at the Fryman Hiking Trail! Take a leisurely hike through the beautiful trails surrounded by nature's wonders. After the hike, immerse yourself in a relaxing sound bath session at the S. Mark Taper Foundation Amphitheater to soothe your mind, body, and soul. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind and connect with nature. We'll move, breathe, and connect—nourishing body, mind, and soul. ✨💕🌿🌸

Schedule:
8:00am - Arrival and parking.
Meeting location: we will gather near the bathrooms in the parking lot.
8:30am - Hike will begin led by us.
9:00am - Arrival at top of the mountain, sound bath experience and readings available for those interested.
10:00am - Hike back to the parking lot.
10:30am - We say good bye, share experiences, make new friends.
11:00am - Event concludes.

What you should bring:
Hike: bring comfortable shoes, water, sunscreen, hat, and anything to make the walk up the mountain comfortable.
Sound Bath: we will be sitting/lying on the floor, so bring a blanket, yoga mat, cushion, anything to make yourself feel comfortable on the floor.

What we will offer:
Water, chamomille tea, light refreshments.
Bathrooms are available at the bottom and top of the mountain.
Card readings for those interested in a personalized experience.

Parking:
There is parking at the main parking lot, however spaces are limited, so please arrive early and grab a spot or park on the street and walk over to our meeting location.
For those who DO NOT want to do the hike but want to join only the sound bath, there is a parking lot at the top of the mountain where the Tree People organization is located. Address: 12601 Mulholland Dr, Studio City, CA 91604.
