Join us for a refreshing morning of yoga at Market on Main on Sunday September 7, 2025!

Led by Jessica Jacobs, this session is suitable for all levels and includes mindful movement, opening breath, and relaxing meditation. Ground your Sunday, quiet your mind, and open your heart as you prepare for the week ahead.

Practical Tips for the Best Experience:
