Stretch & Strength with Rise Up 'n Build Wellness

Psalm 73:26 says, My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. This is our main focus when we gather to move our bodies! Yes we are going to stretch and strengthen our bodies physically but more than that is to first stretch ourselves outside our comfort zone so we can keep growing then strengthen our relationship with God so we can go live out this purpose on our lives to share the love and saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. I'm excited to lead you for we know the joy of the Lord is our strength!

Fall Class Schedule:
Fridays 9:30-10:30AM starting August 22-October 24, 2025.

This class will incorporate some cardio dance, kick-boxing, drumsticks, light weights along with stretching. All levels welcome and encouraged as some will be in chairs and standing. This is a fun powerful class of movement but also opportunity to calm the body and connect to your breath as we focus our intention always on Jesus!!!
Class is still a $10 suggested donation class and at Covenant Fellowship Church in Stuart in Adult Room 1
