Inner Child Alchemy Workshop

There’s a younger version of you still longing to be seen, heard, and held.

In Inner Child Alchemy, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to begin that healing process. This two-hour workshop blends somatic tools, nervous system regulation, and heart-opening rituals to help you reconnect with your inner child, release shame, and nurture the foundation of self-love through reparenting. No experience needed—just a willingness to be gentle with yourself.


Please bring a journal, pen, and wear comfortable clothes.
