Free community Chair Yoga class at the Treasure Coast UU Church

We have so many seniors on a fixed income around here, so I partnered up with the UU Church to provide a class that anyone can enjoy.

Its gentle yoga basics, using the Chair to assist with balance, and as a seat rather than sitting on the floor. This is truly a class for everyone.

We enjoy seated calming breathwork, for stress relief and healing, gentle stretching in the chair to loosen up and relieve achy body and some standing work to strengthen the lower body, for those who are able, to improve balance. Donations are appreciated 😊🙏
