Discover a simple yet profound spiritual practice that opens your heart and mind to the Life Force within and around you. HU, an ancient sacred sound and mantra, is sung as a love song to God and can help anyone — regardless of background or belief — experience greater peace, clarity, and spiritual upliftment.

In this online gathering, we’ll begin with an inspiring reading, followed by about 20 minutes of chanting or singing HU. As the sound gently fades, you’ll have a moment of quiet contemplation before we start a comfortable conversation, sharing, and questions about HU and/or Eckankar.
