Panayiotis “Yoyo” Panayiotou has been practicing Capoeira for over 15 years. His journey began in Greece and continues at the Apeiara Academy in Cyprus under Mestre Casquinhia from Guaratigeta, Brazil, a student of Mestre Zé Antonio (Barracão da Capoeira).

Capoeira is more than a martial art – it’s expression through movement and music. It builds body awareness, rhythm, and focus while being fun and inclusive.
