Shamrock Cake Roll

This Cake Roll class is a baking class that focuses on teaching participants how to make a delicious and beautiful Shamrock cake roll. You will learn the step-by-step process of making a traditional Genoise cake, rolling it with fluffy whipped cream, and finally, topping it off with powdered sugar and handmade decorations. This class will cover techniques such as properly mixing and baking the cake, preparing the filling, and rolling the cake without it cracking. By the end of the class, you will have the knowledge and skills to create a perfect cake roll that will impress your family and friends.
Pre-registration is required. Space is limited. Class tuition is not refundable.
