Pumpkin Roll

This pumpkin roll class is a baking class that focuses on teaching participants how to make a delicious pumpkin roll. You will learn the step-by-step process of making a light and moist pumpkin cake, rolling it with a creamy and flavorful cream cheese filling, and finally, topping it off with powdered sugar and handmade decorations. This class will cover techniques such as properly mixing and baking the cake, preparing the filling, and rolling the cake without it cracking. By the end of the class, you will have the knowledge and skills to create a perfect pumpkin roll that will impress your family and friends. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited. Class tuition is not refundable.
