Herbal Cold Care

Come learn how to take back the power to care for yourself and you family when the common cold comes around. There are countless simple, and effective ways to ease cold/flu symptoms using many of the items you already have in your home.
We will be tasting, smelling and experiencing different herbs and you will leave feeling empowered to use them in your own home!

This class is taught by Amanda Beam, the GM of Pocono Soap in Stroudsburg.
