Butter Spritz Cookies

In this class you will learn how to make these little buttery bites of heaven, dipped in chocolate and sprinkles. These were the #1 top selling cookie at our bakery, Kitchen Chemistry. We’ll talk about the ingredients and techniques to create this cookie over and over again for your family and friends. There will be instructions on how to properly mix the batter and shape the dough into various designs and patterns. This is a fun and interactive class focused on mastering a classic cookie recipe!
