Uley 5 hills Sunset walk (5 miles) bring food for picnic stop [31/08/25]

Please can everyone bring an evening meal to eat on one of the hills.
(I'll be bringing a curry, for myself, in a Thermos Tub)

The walk starts in the village of Uley.
Meet up on the green opposite The Old Crown Inn. Post code: GL11 5SN

Hopefully we can finish the walk for a quick drink in the village pub.

I plan to take in a few of the local hills
Starting with Uley Bury, Small Pox hill (Downham Hill), Cam Peak, Long Down, and finished back on Uley Bury.

I plan to catch sunset after food on one of the hills (depending on our pace to get around the route)
Sunset time is 8pm.
We could be finishing the walk in the dark. So you may want a torch.

There is the chance of Cattle along multiple sections of this walk. So no dogs on this walk.
