Sound Bath at Jolly Nice

Sound baths in the Yurt
at Jolly Nice, Frampton Mansell, Stroud, GL6 8HZ

A 60 minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself.

We will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls, the voice and other wonderful sound healing instruments.

To leave feeling rested, refreshed and calm.
