If your nervous system feels a little frazzled after the end of the year, this is your invitation to pause.
Join me for a soothing two-hour workshop held in a beautiful, wood-burning yurt at a much-loved jolly nice farmshop.
The morning will include:
✨ Gentle, guided journaling to reflect and set a clear intention for the year ahead
✨ A calming, women’s-focused Pilates session suitable for all levels
✨ Deep relaxation to settle the nervous system
