Creative Journaling With Mindfulness

This Workshop is for women who like to get creative with their journaling.
It will provide a mindful process to creatively connect with oneself via journalling &/or art with a potential for healing & joy within a group setting.
You don't need to be an artist to join in this one.
This will be a space where you can focus on your own needs & discover a unique expression for the environment you are in.
You may feel stuck, neglected or unappreciated then this workshop is for you.

Due to the sensitivity of the space being created it is essential a non-judgemental, confidential & respectful attitude is expected.

BYO Pen, Journal & paintbrushes if you would like to use Paint, all other materials will be provided including Tea, Coffee & nibbles.

First Wednesday of each Month
6pm to 8pm
$67.50 per person
