Spring is in the air! And what better way to welcome it than with this banging line-up on Thursday 5th March at Stroud Brewery
Headlining is the wonderful Robert White. Robert was runner-up in Britain's Got Talent 2018 is the only gay, Aspergic, quarter-Welsh comic on the British comedy scene. Known for his brilliant timing and performance style, Robert’s chaotic stage presence, improvisational skills and delivery won him the 2010 Malcolm Hardy Award for Comic Originality. His off-the-wall jokes, improvisatory songs, barely believable stories and interactive music stand him far apart from the usual comedy available nationwide.
Supporting Robert will be Michael Fabbri. Michael quickly stamped his mark on the UK circuit appearing in the 2003 final of Channel 4’s So You Think You’re Funny? and rapidly earned a reputation as one of the most promising up and coming comedians on the circuit. With a dark and honest approach to some of life’s more touchy subjects Fabbri manages to effortlessly slip between some harsh, controversial topics to light-hearted silliness to make for a refreshingly eclectic and brilliantly funny act.
Paul Dennis completes the line-up. Swansea Fringe describes him as, “A multi-instrumentalist and skilled vocal artiste, he is the parody maestro, the biting social commentator, the ribald raconteur and the tragicomic anti-hero all rolled into one.”
MC for the evening is CrazyBird Comedy favourite Sally-Anne Hayward. Sally is a comedic dynamo with an abundance of charm and a quick wit, has been captivating audiences with her energetic performances and unique comedic perspective.
