Contrast Therapy & Italian Supper

A sociable evening of contrast therapy and Italian food, courtesy of Amalfi.

This will be a relaxed amd fun evening of free flow contrast therapy under Rose's supervision, followed by a delicious Italian meal, courtesy of Amalfi. Cold meats, pizzas, yummy salads, bruschetta and more, paired with a glass of wine or an aperol spritz.

Note - no alcohol is to be drunk before or during contrast therapy.
