Inner Awakening Through Meditation

The course delves into the historical foundations of spirituality, tracing its origins to ancient India. It also examines the parallels among contemporary religions, highlighting their shared perspectives on spiritual development. A key area of focus is the understanding of our personal energy systems and their role in the process of awakening and how energy influences both spiritual and physical well-being.

Participants will explore the numerous benefits of mindfulness and meditation, with particular emphasis on how these practices can bring balance to the mind, emotions and physical body. Additionally, the course addresses the ways in which meditation can nurture and support spiritual growth.

Each week, lectures are followed by guided meditation sessions. These meditations are designed to reinforce the concepts discussed and serve as a foundation for developing a consistent meditation practice that can be woven into daily routines for long-term growth and transformation.
