Inspired Directions is a curated 1-Day gathering designed for students and graduates of Professional Breathwork in the UK to explore the role of breathwork within the current social climate.
Hosted by Hannah Kendaru of Inspire Breathwork and Steph Magenta of Seven Directions Breathwork, these discussions will create space for an embodied interrogation of the relevance of breathwork in addressing social justice, diversity, and the decolonisation of the wellness industry. This is the first of what we hope will be many, and will be hosted in a private geodesic dome surrounded by nature on wild land curated by the stewards at Crops Not Shops.
This is a circle in practice, bringing both lived and learned wisdom together upholding principles of dignity, safety and belonging with the core objective of fostering open dialogue around breathwork's role in driving social change, expanding perspectives, and co-creating a more inclusive and equitable future in the industry.
Both Hannah & Steph hold a deep passion for taking action to elicit change in how we engage with the work we do in wellness, to support our practices to become effective tools for wider social impact.
The event is open to any certified breathwork students from UK schools who have a passion for getting involved and becoming the change we wish to see in this world.
We are running the event inside a private dome in nature as part of the Sacred Earth Gathering at Crops not shops, a community based project just outside Glastonbury (10 minute drive).
