Join us for Commissioner Kevin Morrison's Annual Environmental Resource Fair on Saturday, August 23 from 12 to 2 p.m. at Rahlfs Woods, part of the Streamwood Park District, at 1350 S Park Ave, Streamwood, IL 60107.
A variety of vendors will be available to help you learn how to make your community greener, cleaner, and more sustainable. This is a free community event and open to all.
We have incredible partners to help make this a fun and educational event for the whole family, including the Streamwood Park District, Poplar Creek Library, Chicago for EVs, Citizens Utility Board, Cook County Department of Environment and Sustainability, Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court, MWRD Commissioner Eira Corral Sepulveda, Nicor Gas Energy Efficiency, Pace bus, Ride Illinois, Schaumburg Monarch Collective, Trickster Cultural Center, the Village of Streamwood, and others as confirmed.
The fair will be held inside the Poplar Creek Library if there is inclement weather.
