Homeschooler's Program: Titanic Fact vs Fiction

Come join us at Parrott-Wood Memorial Library for a fascinating event where we separate fact from fiction about the Titanic! We'll "Walk-thru" the museum. Along their voyage, students will find out WHY and HOW the Titanic was built. Students will discover the difference between FACTS, MYTHS and movie FICTION. Students will hear stories, from different viewpoints (Men, Women, Children and Crew), about what happened that fateful night. Students will see actual, real artifacts from the Titanic debris field. Finally, their voyage will end with a 15-minute question and answer period. This in-person event is perfect for homeschoolers who are eager to explore the real story behind one of the most famous maritime disasters in history.
