Somatic Dance

A guided, one-hour movement experience designed to help you step out of your head and back into your body.

This is not choreography.
Not performance.
No dance experience needed.

It’s intuitive movement that helps your body release stress, emotions, and tension it’s been holding onto, the things words can’t always reach.

Your body holds your experiences.
When you move with intention and permission, your nervous system gets a chance to regulate, release, and reset.

Each class is gently guided by two nurse coaches who blend:
• nervous system science
• somatic awareness
• breath + music
• emotional integration

So you don’t just move, you leave feeling grounded, clear, and lighter in your body.
