Session 1 of 2: Mental Health
We’re excited to invite our U15, U17 and Senior Women’s players to a dedicated wellbeing session focused on mental health and performing at your best both on and off the field.
This session is designed to bring our female program together, strengthening connection and cohesion across our female footy pathway, while providing practical tools and open conversation in a supportive environment.
Proudly supported through the Brisbane Lions Wellbeing Program, this session will create a safe space to learn, reflect, and connect as one group.

⏰ 6:00pm – 7:30pm
📍 At the club
The session will run for one hour, with dinner available for purchase at the club after the session, giving everyone the chance to hang around, eat together, and connect.
This is Session 1 of 2, with a follow-up wellbeing session later in the season.
All players are strongly encouraged to attend 💙
