Welcome to 2026! Start your year off right, with a 90 minute deep restorative experience as the sun sets outside. If you’re looking to completely switch off and immerse yourself in relaxation, this class is for you.
You can expect poses to be held for longer amounts of time, so that you can drop down into a state of deep calm and ease. This is a warm, quiet, restorative experience, involving the use of multiple props to help you feel nurtured and supported, and free to soften your body and your mind. There will also be the opportunity to opt-in to receive light hands-on relaxation assists if you wish.
Places are strictly limited to ensure availability of props for each participant. Please dress warmly including warm socks, and bring an eye pillow/bolster/blanket if you have them.
