Women's Netwalking Event

We’re excited to announce our first-ever netwalking event, a fun way to meet other women in business while getting some light movement in to boost your brain and body.

At Fresh Idea, we believe the best ideas come when we’re thriving, not just mentally, emotionally, and socially, but physically as well.

Here’s what you can expect:

· Plenty of inspiring conversation and connection with like-minded women

· A guided, 30-minute walk along a safe, scenic neighbourhood route

· A short, behind-the-scenes business talk with Inspired by Fitness owner Sherry Kresky

· Healthy and delicious snacks from The Little Kitchen on York Street (courtesy of the incredible mother-daughter team, Mikko and Sirka)

·Beverages by Pretty Gutsy, founded by former Stratford native Nedia Flis

· A Sharing Table (for business cards, promotional items, etc.) will also be available so you can learn more about other businesses in attendance, and boost your own brand visibility.

· A chance to win fun door prizes, including an Inspired by Fitness toque, a bag filled with snazzy office supplies + more!

This workshop is for women entrepreneurs, business owners, and community builders who are ready to move beyond surface-level networking, and create something more meaningful, more sustainable, and more impactful.

Whether you're making new connections or reconnecting with familiar faces, this evening is all about fresh air, fresh conversations, and fresh ideas.
