The Singing Bowl Experience: A collaboration with Stratford Public Library

Step into a world of resonance and rhythm in this enchanting hour-long journey into the transformative art of sound healing with singing bowls. We begin with a captivating exploration of the origins and surprising history of these beautiful instruments. Discover how sound can soothe, restore, and realign—and learn to separate myth and mystery when it comes to how sound healing truly works. You’ll also gain insight into choosing authentic, high-quality bowls that speak to your spirit.

Then, the magic becomes tangible. With guided hands-on practice, you’ll learn to play a variety of bowls—Rin, Himalayan, and Crystal—each with its own voice and vibration. We close our time together with a short, shared meditation, as the room fills with the shimmering tones of bowls played in community. It’s a moment of connection, presence, and wonder.
