Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye mask provided. Feel free to bring an additional pillow or anything else you prefer for your added comfort.

Doors lock at 7:30 no late entries as we get into meditation right away and this would be very disruptive, thank you for understanding. Please allot extra time to find parking as Stratford is busy this time of year.
