Take a pause and join us for an evening of meditation and connection. Our wellness evenings are open to all.

What can I expect?

Every Sunday evening, we come together to enjoy light meditation, and meaningful conversations. Our weekly meetings create a safe space for acceptance and connection.

Does meditation come with any particular beliefs or religions?

No, meditation does not require you to follow any belief system or religion. Our meditations are centered on mindfulness and relaxation, benefiting everyone regardless of background or beliefs. Our goal is simply to help you find calm and connection in a welcoming space.

What do I need to bring?

There’s no need to bring anything but yourself. Come as you are—no pressure, no expectations. Everyone is welcome. Bring a friend, or come solo and meet some genuinely kind people.

💛 Cost: Donation-based (give what you can, if you can)
