You are invited to an Open Day at Alzheimers Taranaki Hawera

Come along and see our renovated building, experience our Day Programme activities and listen to talks from local Dementia clinicians.

11.30 - Alzheimers Taranaki supports & services
11.45 - Dr Jennifer James - Geriatrician will talk about the referrals process & specialist management of dementia
12.15 - MH nurses from MHSOP team, Shona & Hannah will talk about MH services for older people
12.45 - Local NASC Case Manager Michelle
1.15 - Monica (OT) and Isla (Physio) from Hawera Hospital and South community team will talk about the service they provide

Light lunch served from noon.
