January can feel heavy… low energy, restless nights, and that fog that makes everything feel harder. If you’re ready to pause, this workshop could be the space to do just that.
We’ll spend these few hours easing into breathwork you can use every day, and exploring cold exposure in a safe, supportive way. Nothing forced, nothing extreme – just practical tools to help you feel steadier, calmer, and more energised as winter rolls on.
