🌊 Week 1: Getting Comfortable with Watercolor

Intro to materials: types of paper, brushes, paints, palettes, and water control. Receive your own set of brushes to use and love.
Exercises:

Creating washes (flat, graded, variegated)
Color mixing basics (primaries, secondaries, neutrals)
Mini Project: Abstract “color play” bookmark or swatch card set (students leave with something small and encouraging).
