It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach — and neither is this workshop.
Take space to pause and reflect — without judgment or advice you didn’t ask for.
If you often feel overwhelmed, reactive, or unsure whether you're “getting it right” — you're not alone.

During this One Day workshop you’ll explore:
• How to soften guilt and release pressure
• Why certain triggers keep repeating — and how to respond differently
• Ways to strengthen connection, even after rupture
• What it means to parent from your own centre, not someone else's idea of what you “should” do
This is not about changing your child — it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, so you can feel more steady, more spacious, and more resourced.
This day is about returning to yourself, so you can show up for your children with more clarity, care and connection.
