Introduction to Indian Block Printing

Join us for a morning of creativity at Dolphin House Arts, Stratford Upon Avon..

Starting at 10am with a coffee or tea you can explore the wide range of beautiful hand carved Indian block prints and see examples of printed pieces.

After a demonstration showing how simple the technique is, but with some top tips for success, you get to practice printing, selecting colours and blocks to make your unique design.

Once you’ve built your confidence, it’s time to make your chosen piece - a tote bag, draw string bag or tea towel - in your chosen design. Once we’ve heat set by ironing, your piece is ready!

Absolutely no experience, or artistic skills needed - just come and relax and have a crafty morning with cake!

10am - 12.30pm, hot drinks and cake included along with all materials and aprons!
