Holistic Day Retreat - Stratford-upon-Avon

In this elegant country house hotel, our practitioners will share an inspiring, relaxing and reviving combination of approaches to physical and mental well-being. You can experience:

Your investment includes seven sessions. There are two whole group sessions and five further session choices, so you can tailor your day to your needs and interests. Refreshments and lunch are also included. We will provide mats and blankets, so all you need is your positive energy and openness
