STRETCH IN THE SUN

Exciting new Guys! 🩷
I will be making the most of the warm weather and putting on a handful of STRETCH IN THE SUN 🧘‍♀️🌞 Classes in the very peaceful Oaks Meadow.
STRETCH benefits include; increased flexibility, improved range of motion, reduced risk of injury, and improved physical performance. It also helps with stress management, pain reduction, and even improved brain health.
These classes will be at 9am on the following Saturdays: June 28th, July 26th and August date TBC..
Toilet and parking available on site.
Classes will be £6 per head and a percentage will be being donated to the continued development and ongoing projects at the Meadow. 🌳
Please bring a mat or feel free to go bare foot and enjoy the benefits of grounding to the Earth.🌿Walking barefoot on grass, sand or soil has been proven to increase antioxidants, reduce inflammation and pain, reduce stress levels, improve sleep and improve circulation of the blood 🌿
